It was called Kone Aminata, 37 years old, the young mother who died of suffocation on a boat direct in Italy. “The two little ones with the mother were waiting for the reunion”. The documentation was ready, but the woman wanted to leave the same. Died protecting the children.

“We are working with the judge, social services to bring the two children to the dad – explains Lopez – maybe with a temporary custody to a family nearby and we will ensure everything for the children so that they study, social inclusion, everything they need, we are working on. Thanks to all, Ragusa helped us a lot, all the institutions, the prefecture, the municipality, associations”.
