– October 11, 2013: Berlusconi’s lawyers have a request for probation to social services.
– 15 April 2014: the Probate Court of Milan has probation to social services.
– May 9, 2014: first day of work in social services for Silvio Berlusconi.
– January 7, 2015: Silvio Berlusconi, through his lawyers filed the request for early release of 45 days.
– January 27, 2015: The Milan prosecutors expressed opinion contrary. (AGI).
