Bersani: “From the Pd I’m not” – Messaggero Veneto

ROME. “If you do not trust then do well to vote no. I have tried to keep everyone in the team, but we are in the Pd. There is democracy”. The host of Politics on Rai 3 and prodded by the questions of Gianluca Semprini and Bianca Berlinguer, Matteo Renzi does not change the registry. Explain that the Pd does not have the numbers in Parliament to approve a new electoral law, says he has put the trust on the Italicum “if not ended the discussion” and then start a new broadside against the minority dem. “The vast majority of the democratic Party will vote Yes, some have doubts and I respect him. I think it’s contradictory to having voted Yes in parliament, and now say No but I also think that a national home is able to get an idea of his own head. Do not vote for the current”. And again. The votes of the centre-right? “If you want to become the majority, they serve”. As for the referendum, the premier replied that the consultation “is not the congress of the party” and then return to talk about the election law: “I don’t understand how you can say that the ballot is undemocratic. But that said, it’s good: we want to do with the first round, with the second… For me the most important thing is that citizens decide who governs”.

The one-two of the premier arrives at the end of a day that opens with an angry Pier Luigi Bersani, brand differences, but reiterates that he does not intend to abandon the democrats and assures that it will take the "spokesman of the No to the referendum. “I would invite all the commenters to come forth from the head of the theme spin-off. As for me, I said to take me out from my house, from my party, there can only be the Time if the ranks of the army…” says the former secretary, who is away from the horizon hypothesis of fractures more and remind the premier that on issues of constitutional “can not exist and never has a party discipline”. The minority dem, in short, is prepared to vote no in the referendum. And Bersani is to know that you have not changed your mind. “I understand from yesterday that you want to pull straight, because a commission is not denied to anyone. But if you pull straight, does not pull straight with the my Yes, you will pull straight with my No.” Cuperlo is ready to resign. And Bersani? The former secretary of talk about “a nice gesture” but does not intend to follow him: “Dimettermi? Someone has to stay… you Will need at least a spokesperson for those who have voted No”. No will to say goodbye to the Pd, at least for the moment, even on the part of the former parent company in the house, and minority leader, Roberto Hope. “The democratic party is my party. Today I read of the divisions. For me, the divisions do not exist. You can stay inside the Pd, and to think differently. I can vote no in the referendum but if the day after there is confidence in the government, I rivoto. The constitutional Charter and the government are two different things,” says Hope, which offers Workers the opportunity to mend: “If they change the Italicum we are ready to give a hand. Regardless of the outcome of the referendum, I will work to keep united the party.” To be worried is also, and especially, Gianni Cuperlo that explains

what is the crux of the matter: “In the Pd there are those who think that the current majority (with in Popular Area no.d.r.) can become a perspective on the political majority with which we present ourselves to the voters. But if this were the case, would it not be more the Pd for which we fought”.
