Supreme Court: husband changes sex but the marriage remains valid – La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno

(ANSAmed) – ROME, APRIL 21 – remains valid in all respects the marriage of a heterosexual couple even in the case where one of the spouses change their sexual identity.
This was established by the Supreme Court waiting for Parliament to address these cases. The verdict, however, does not determine “the extension of the model of marital union unions omoaffettive”.
