It was approved , by secret ballot, with 124 votes in favor, the ‘ Article 8 of the anti-corruption bill. The false accounting, which was weakened by the Berlusconi government in 2002 and which had been revised in 2005 with the law 262, back then, to be a crime without exception: the new wording of the penalties for “false company” provide one to five years imprisonment ( READ the full text of the article). Do not have passed the amendments of Sel and Alloy (a similar one senators Pd was withdrawn before the vote) proposing instead to raise the threshold to two and six years old, change that would make possible the use of wiretaps. Green light also all ‘Article 9 (which provides that, always in relation to false accounting for non-listed companies, there is a reduction of sentence in the case of minor facts), to’ Article 10 (fixing the penalty of imprisonment from three to eight years administrators listed companies who have been guilty of false company) and to ‘ Article 11 (on fines in terms of shares for those responsible for false accounting. “
Forza Italy voted against
