Rome The Jobs Act and the implementing decree on contract protections growing, approved in the Council of Ministers of December 24, does not apply to public employees. This was stated by the newspaper online Affaritaliani.it Labour Minister, Giuliano Poletti who explains: “The whole discussion on the enabling law was made on private employment and therefore does not apply to public employment.”
