Approved article on the assumption of precarious
In the evening, in fact, the Hall of the House approved the article 10 of the draft law school, which provides for a special plan permanent hiring of temporary workers as of 1 September. The votes in favor were 263 (the majority groups), the no 122 (and M5s Fi, League and FDI), 25 abstentions (Sel). The special plan for open-ended contracts for the winners of the competition in 2012 and enrolled in the lists are exhausted, that for the next school year will have an annual charge. It is about 100,000 temporary workers. The number of new recruits (which concern only the primary and secondary school), must be determined by the Ministry within 15 days from the date of entry into force of the law, based on indications of headmasters. For teachers of kindergarten and primary instead continues to apply, up to the total flow of the related lists are exhausted, the provision that access is for the 50% by open competition based on qualifications and tests and the remaining 50 % drawing on these rankings cited. These competitions will have access only candidates who have a teaching qualification. The number of eligible non-winners of the competition will not exceed 10% of the number of places and rankings will be valid for a maximum of three years. According to the amendments approved in committee and then in the classroom, all the winners of 2012 that will not fit in the special plan for this year, it will still thereafter.

One year test, then placing role in
The Chamber also approved Article 11 of the draft law school that provides a trial period of one year for some 100,000 temporary workers who will be hired. After the trial period they will get the actual placing on the role. The trial period is to provide the service for at least 180 days, of which at least 120 for educational activities. The evaluation is entrusted to the head teacher, after consultation of the Committee for the evaluation of teachers. This consists of the head teacher, two teachers of the school, two parents in primary schools and in junior high or a parent and a student in high school.
