E ‘hunting down criminals by security forces. The robbers managed to escape despite the intervention of the supervisory agents

22:52 – a commandos raided at the headquarters of the Mondialpol Sardinia , supervisory institute based in Caniga, a township of Sassari . The criminals have destroyed a wall of the structure by using a mechanical shovel and stormed the vault . The result was a shootout with the surveillance agents private institution, after which the robbers have fled.

After setting fire to a Renault Twingo parked in the square, the criminals headed on foot to another medium used to escape. On their trail men of the flying squad of the police headquarters and the provincial command of the police.

It is reported at the time, there would not be injured. For now it is unclear whether the assailants have managed to take away money or more .
