The senator Fi Denis Verdini has been postponed in the judgment of the Court of Rome by the GUP Nicola Di Grazia for the story related to a gain of EUR 18 million in the sale of a property in the course of Printing in the center of the capital. Conti, then, was accused by the prosecutor Erminio Amelio of non-payment of VAT, in 2011, to over 8.6 million euro, so that months ago the investigating judge ordered the seizure equivalent to some of his property (apartments, securities, accounts bank, cars and shares in a company). Arcicasa, finally, to also meet an obstacle to the exercise of their supervisory functions, because as chairman of the board of ENPAP would not be provided to Covip, Board of Supervisors on pension funds, all the details of the business real estate.
