The Rome prosecutors asked the storage for the file opened in November against the Minister of Defense, Roberta Pinotti , accused of having used a flight of State to be accompanied to his house, in Liguria.
The facts date back to last September 5, when the Pinotti would take advantage of a training flight to be accompanied from Rome to Genoa.
On facts had tabled a question in parliament Alessandro Di Battista and Luke Frusone, the 5 Star Movement, arguing that the Minister had failed to limitations imposed by the 2011 law on state flights. November 13 incident was under investigation for embezzlement of use on the basis of the complaint lodged by M5S the Court of Auditors.
Today the prosecutor Roman has written the minister Pinotti under investigation and referred the action the Tribunal of Ministers, requesting the dismissal of the case.
